State Sen. Kevin Eltife said he was in awe of plans officially announced Thursday to bring a 1,500-acre industrial park to Gregg County.

The development is being built near the intersection of Interstate 20 and Texas 31 by a group of private investors led by Kilgore firms Brogoitti Construction and Four S Oil.
